  Dropped off car to have tires rotated. Was told it would be an hour so I walked across street to Safeway. When I returned i checked in and said I would wait outside. 20 min later I realized my car was moved and probably already finished. I asked what the status was and after a few minutes it was .. ‘oh yeah… its done’ Later I found a voicemail that had been blocked on my phone, indicating it was actually finished when I returned to the shop. One suggestion I would have is to engage with whoever is sitting in your waiting area… and double check if they have been helped or need an update…. Relying on everyone being tech savy is not a reliable indicator for the range of ages and comfort in tech.

  Prompt and excellent service. Chairs in the waiting area are wobbly, though.

  Gills Point S is always helpful with whatever services we need- batteries, tires, oil changes. Appreciate they offer rides and location is convenient for me!
