  Absolute GARBAGE!!! Was told my package would be delivered between 9 and noon. Waited until 2 before calling. The customer service person said I could leave a note on the door with my tracking number name and a signature. I put the note on my door and l left for 20 min. When I got back, there was a note on my note that I wasn't here and it could be delivered! Now I have to wait through the holiday weekend for them to do their job! This place is rude and disrespectful! May you all walk blindfolded through a sea of trailer hitches barefoot on hot asphalt!

  Completely useless. Came in twice to try and get a package shipped out and both times gave me no help trying to figure out why my return label wasn't showing up. Second time they refused to print off my label and told me to go to Walgreens instead. I had to get off work early to get it shipped out just to have the time wasted. Edit: just took it to wallgreens and their system won't let them take it either. Not only was the FedEx employee useless but lied to me where I could get it done.
