  Update- The district manager called and made things right. They apologized and issued a full refund. Pro tip- the warranty follows the battery, not the purchase. I purchased a $250 battery from Carquest, and unfortunately it failed just over a year later. The battery was still under warranty, but when I returned to the store, the supervisor refused to honor the warranty or replace it. What’s most frustrating is not the battery failure — things happen — but the lack of support and refusal to stand behind a product that was clearly covered. At this price point, I expected better customer service and accountability. For comparison, I went to Costco and purchased a higher-quality battery for $135. They installed it, credited the core charge, and clearly stand behind their product and warranty — all at a lower price. I strongly recommend that others carefully review the warranty terms and consider how Carquest handles warranty claims before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would not buy a battery from Carquest again.

  Have been doing business with Car Quest for years all over the country and the Great Falls Store is one of the best I've been to, great staff very friendly and there parts are very good quality and have a good warranty 👍
