  I’m sure the rest of the staff is fine, but I came in recently and was asking for help. I have no clue how this whole side of things works (shipping/delivery buisness) I tried to see if it wasn’t too late to get a package I dropped off for a return, instead of getting actual help the lady just laughed at me. And now due to her lack of care I’m out $300

  I usually drive all the way to Stevensville for UPS drop-offs because the customer service here is so bad. The people who work here always seem stressed and as though helping people is the worst thing to happen during their day. At first I brushed it off but it’s every time with every employee - stressed, short temper, exasperated with everyone (not just me).

  The Hamilton UPS Store is amazing! The store is clean ,well staffed, and conveniently located; the team is super efficient, friendly, smart, helpful, and oh so kind. I went in to ship a very sentimental, oversized piece of art to Alaska, which needed to be packaged. Steph helped me make all shipping decisions and took time to go into great detail about how well they would package my mom's art (she sensed my concern). And, as Steph promised, the Hamilton UPS Store delivered (pun intended)! It arrived on time, in perfect condition, and extremely well packaged! Great experience! Thanks Steph!! :)
