  Does anyone work here ? There’s one poor soul during the lunch rush. I finally get to the front of the line and the guy tells me he has to do food dash orders , I didn’t have time to wait, I’d already wasted a good portion of my lunch hour waiting. Ridiculous hire more people . One guy is not enough!

  Door dash orders will delay your in store order. No lettuce. Barely any chips. Employees were awesome and attentive but not a quick experience.

  This afternoon, on July 7th I ordered a foot long sub and 2 salads and they were awful, sandwich was missing ingredients and served the wrong ingredients and my salad had no veggies only meat and little bit of spinach, when I went to pick up the food I waited in line for my order and seen the young male employee was high and had no clue what he was doing and was no help. Super disappointing to see and will never recommend anyone to eat here. My service and food was terrible.

  I went in to the 10th Ave S location today because the app was not working and I was very upset. I called in beforehand to talk with an associate and voice my complaints, ngl i used some colorful language, but I wasn’t upset with him more so the company. When I got there Kale was readily available and on top of everything. I had an awful day from the start, but he helped to make it just a little better. I’m quite picky about my food, but Kale, you did a great job sir!
