  Miserably rude and snide customer service associates. If good customer service means having snarky attitude with less than pleasant response when asked a simple plan related question then this is your spot. I e had a bad experience the past two visits now and although I've been with cricket for 7+ years now I'm considering switching due to the fact I can pay less and receive far better customer service with a company that will at least pretend to want my service. Sorry guys but if you hate your job don't take it out on others just get a different one! 🤔

  Love the service n company but if it's the last half hour of your shift n the phone rings in the store you answer it not just let it ring n close the doors when there are paying customers tht still need to pay there bills. This just happened to me today at 6:30 I have called 5 times n no answer

  Been with Cricket over 1 year. I enjoy their service, and relish being a customer. Sean and a few of the other employees are outstanding! However, there are a few raunchy salesmen that stink up the place. Upon entering the store I can't even look at the ground without these dudes begging and yipping at your heels,like a puppy dog..they are swindlers who only care about their dollar, and not a cent about the product they sell you. Unfortunately, due to this I will likely never buy a phone in this store again...Ill Still get my service through Cricket though...good company! Be a perfect store too!! If only the few greedy rotten apples got chucked!
