The workers were willing to give me just enough money to pay for a protein pocket and one generous customer gave me 2 dollars, in the real world that might never happen again but I’m so glad it happened here, the food was about as subway as food can be (mid) but that doesn’t stop the 5 star rating. I strongly recommend this subway
When I DoorDash none of my stuff is ever toasted or put together correctly
Always a great experience with Pam and the crew

The Glendive, MT Subway is a great place to eat. The staff are friendly and efficient. I order there often. It's in a great location for local businesses, the Highschool and travelers since the Interstate is less than a mile away. It's just a great place and I recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the worst visit we have had to the Glendive Subway. We went in and ordered my husband and my food and ate while waiting for our kids to send us their orders. There were 3 employees while we were there. One was obviously new, and doing the best he could the other two appear to have been there longer. After eating I went to order 5 additional subs. By the time I got the 3rd one ordered there was a line of 2 or 3 people behind me and the young man that was new was wanting me to let him know what veggies I wanted on the first subs. I figured the other one was still putting together my 3rd sandwich so I thought it would be fine. Before I knew it he is taking other customers orders. I told him I still had 2 more sandwiches to order and he just looked at me and said okay but continued to the next person in line the unloved and came to the register and asked what my sandwiches were and wanted me to pay. So I pay for my whole order, one being the sub of the day. He asked if I wanted any drinks, chips, or cookies. I told him no just the ones from the daily sub. I pay and had the bag to my husband and and had to go wait in line behind 3 more people that came in to order my last two sandwiches. I ordered a teriyaki chicken and he puts on plain chicken and covers it with a ton of sweet onion sauce. When I question him he said oh we just ran out of our prepped chicken so this is how we do it. We'll then its not chicken teriyaki it sweet onion chicken. As he was getting ready to put it in the toaster the gentleman working drive through comes up and grabs the prepped teriyaki out of the cooler right behind him and puts it on the line. I should have asked for it to be remade but figured it would be fine. Got home with it and with all the sweet onion sauce he put over the chicken it was ice cold! The kids had been in and out of the back up cooler getting roast beef and cheese so I have a hard time believing he didn't know that teriyaki chicken was in there! Very disappointed as my sensory sensitive son wouldn't eat it due to it not being heated through properly. Then when I asked for my drink cup for my sub of the day I was told sorry you told ke you didn't want any drinks, chips, or cookies. Ya I told you just the ones for the meal of the day. He told me he could charge me for the chips and drink if I wanted them but that was the best he could do. I'm, no im not going to pay over $3 for your mess up. It was a $.59 mess up he should have paid for his error for wanting to be the one starting the sandwiches and running the till and then making me wait in line for the sandwiches he still hadn't made for me because he decided to move on to the next customers instead of finishing my order.
