  Train your employees in customer service! My wife placed an order online for me to pickup. She sent me a picture of the confirmation. When I arrived at the store I said I was there for an online order. Immediately the rude teenage girl behind the counter told me they were not accepting online orders. I said well what do I do, I have a confirmation and I've already paid for it. At no point did she try to help with a solution she just kept blaming the computer. When I askee for her managers information to call tomorrow she got even more agitated and still blamed corporate and said it wasn't her problem. I understand computer systems go down but when I walked in she acted like I should known it was down. The bottom line is you lost a customer, I won't be back. I drove 10 miles back to Lolo to get my order. The two young men working there were awesome and polite. I tipped extra for great customer service.
