  Best Western should be embarrassed to be franchised here. Definitely extremely disappointed with our stay. We found a knife made in our bed, literally under the fitted sheet. When alerting the front desk they said “oh yeah our housekeeper has been looking for that”. The in wall air conditioner did not work. Room stayed a very uncomfortable 76 degrees. The cost for the subpar room was insane. Front desk staff did not offer any sort of discount or apology.

  Paradise is accurate. It's quiet. The staff are attentive. Quite comfortable and relaxing. Rates look high, but it's nice here. Run the risk. It's peaceful.

  Always a positive experience. Washer and dryer on-site is a plus for us long road travelers. Staff is friendly and helpful.

  Overall it was fine. I think the main issues others are complaining about are due to the age of the motel; you can tell its getting close to needing a remodel. Keycard issues, pool area was aging and had some broken tiles and mold, etc. However, everything was in working order and as clean and taken care of as I think it could be, so no real complaints here. The front desk lady that checked us in was less than pleasant for sure, definitely had a bad day and was not concerned about showing it. Everyone else we came across was nice, though.
