What's the point of an online order if you have to wait in line to get them to actually make your food?

Workers overcharging customers purposefully. I noticed for the people in front of me for example, the sandwich was a club, they charged for a turkey, and then added a side of ham, then added bacon, which was about $3 more per sandwich than the cost for a club. When I pointed it out, she said their prices were different than the listed prices behind them and that those prices listed on the board are required of them to market by corporate, but that their prices are different than the ones listed all over the store. I told them they can't list prices on their marketing all over the store but knowingly charge different prices, and . She argued one more time and then gave us the correct prices. I couldn't believe they had been stealing from people like that, and likely still are after I left. Buyers beware.

Great people and the store was clean. The bread was a little under done and made the sandwiches a little stodgy that day. But the staff were hands down amazing.
Very very slow and the person that made the sandwich didn't even know what sandwich was made when doing the bill. Didn't understand how to do a combo.

Mike was so friendly and professional. He had a lot of customers waiting and was very patient, efficient, and thorough.
