  What time do you close? I tried coming in at 8:40 and doors are closed. Just making sure i’m not wrong with you closing at 10 haha !!

  We get there and see two girls are making sandwiches for a to go order.. we wait 5-10 minutes and we’re not even acknowledged! They could have said “hi we will be right with you” but nothing. The brunette girl at the front of the line was finally like “how many sandwiches?” We said two, I said I wanted a footlong on Italian herbs with cheese all American club and she was pissed and sneered “what’s the other kind of bread!?” I was like oh I’m sorry and my boyfriend asked for his type of bread and the girl then goes “now what kind of sandwich all rude with zero eye contact the entire time and then says to her co-worker with red hair I need to go to the bathroom and stormed off. We should have just left and ate somewhere else but instead we paid almost $30 for two sandwiches! What a terrible experience!

  Twice now I have ordered a sweet onion terikai sub and also a salad, instead of serving the marinated chicken, I have gotten plain chicken. Totally ruined it for me.l does not have the same flavor. Serve your food the way its supposed to regular chicken is not the same.
