  Horrible experience with UPS. Drivers don't knock. Instead, they leave a note resulting in a undelivered package. Difficult to talk to a real person and when you do, they barely speak English. Avoid if at all possible.

  Very helpful! Staff is always so knowledgable and friendly - they get you in and out pretty darn quick :)

  They lost my box with an item I was returning. Told me to call the company and that the store couldn’t file a claim. They lost it and took absolutely no responsibility. Go anywhere else but here for your shipping needs. This place is a joke. Response: Actually UPS store guy, you lost my package and no one can file a claim on a box no one can prove existed in the system because your employee didn’t do his job. You should have to pay for the item I had to pay for and you lost in your store. I have the proof of a receipt you received the package for return and had it in your possession last. You even suggested you have video as to who helped me. I will be filing a formal complaint about your store. Let me know when you have $300 to pay me back for the item you lost. 👍🏻
