Quite literally the worst service and experience I’ve ever had with FedEx. The person “Kyle” who checked in my packages, was completely uninterested and unwilling to help. When I asked about packing materials, “Kyle” said I wasn’t allowed to use any. When I asked if I could buy some, “Kyle” just said no, and offered no viable alternative. Disgraceful to the usually great provider FedEx is for my business. Given this experience, I will likely be changing my shipping provider going forward. We’re not a large business, and I doubt FedEx will even notice, but it’s the only thing I can do.

Just nooooo you should NEVVVER have to wait for the label to be printed....EVVER.... To add insult to injury of my time. They act like it's normal to stand around for up to 15min waiting for their internet to print your label. I could go on with my frustration, but there's no need to so completely inept. Just save yourself an immense amount of stress and go to UPS

These people are completely useless. I don’t have issues with any other carries in Bozeman but the Fedex people “can’t find my address”. To me it seems like they are being lazy and not even trying to find the correct address. I keep getting emails telling me that my package is ready to be picked up because I’ve asked them to hold it at this location. I’ve gone two times now and despite the email telling me they are ready the workers are unhelpful and say they do not have the package yet. I am confused why Fedex is emailing me that they are ready when they are not. I have also put in special instructions on my Fedex account on how to find my apartment so it’s obvious their delivery people are being lazy and saying they can’t find it when they haven’t even tried. It’s super frustrating to me because if I could chose to never use Fedex again I would, but when businesses use them as a carrier I can’t avoid it. This has happened multiple times and Amazon, UPS and USPS can all find my apartment. I’m over it an they need to fix their organization and properly train their delivery drivers

To start off I use Fed Ex to print all my research posters when traveling for conferences. Sometimes I have last minute changes and need the poster reprinted right before catching a plane. Every other location I have been to has been great. I have no problem paying the priority fee and waiting a couple hours. However this morning I placed an order and waited until the shop opened up at 12. I called inquiring about a print job by 6 p.m and the girl working proceeded to tell me no very rudely. She didn’t ask about my order or how it had been placed several hours prior she just said that it would be done tomorrow. This was super disappointing and very unprofessional considering I will not be refunded and am leaving town for the conference. Please consider hiring people who conduct better customer service.
