  Last night I had the worst experience with Wingstop,, it was awful, today I have to say employee Riley turned it around, was amazing, his customer service above and beyond, the manager from the night, that business will never survive him..even having a bad day is no excuses ,to treat someone, and Handel a situation like you did.(Sam)

  Quality has significantly decreased since opening. Unfortunately, the in store management seems careless about speed, service and food quality. The wings I received today were so overcooked and had clearly sat unattended for quite some time (during the 30 minute in-store wait). Sad. They really could have been good.

  This place has so many problems. The staff are literally always so rude. One time I called about a wrong order and the person who answered told me to “get over it” and hung up the phone. When I spoke to management they told me they left me a free meal card at the cash register - I went in to get it and was told they don't have one for me. Every delivery order I’ve ordered from them except for 1 has been wrong. Wait times are 30 minutes - 1 hour regardless of when and what you order. I’ve contacted management and tried to have a conversation about the restaurants problems and they seem to not care at all. With good management and a team that cares, this place would really do well. Unfortunately that’s just not the case.

  Day crew is stellar, but after 9pm things go downhill. Waited 45 minutes for wings, then was told there was no forks to eat with. When I left, I was offered the pleasant suprise of a car next to mine with an employee leaning over and kissing someone's neck. Food was also cold after that whole wait time. If you come during the day, service is probably going to be okay. Just don't come at night.

  They were completely slammed & backed up when I came in tonight. Jeremiah hooked me And everyone else up in the best way! Give this guy a raise. Working very shorthanded and so busy with graduation night!
