  Cassidy and all the staff at this UPS Store on Main in the Heights are absolutely wonderful! I have gotten the very best service anyone could want. Cassidy has helped me many times with special printing projects & always goes above & beyond my expectations! All the staff is so patient & kind with returns, teaching me how to navigate online issues! 5 STAR SERVICE!🌟

  Wow. Just wow. They took advantage of my 80 year old grandfather by sending a package meant for me, an individual in Sioux Falls, SD, to a store in Virginia. The two addresses couldn't be more dissimilar, and prior to this I had hoped that a parcel service would understand that South Dakota and Virginia are across the country from each other but I am more and more disappointed with every conversation I have with this store and UPS corporate. They claim that since my 80 year old, technologically challenged grandpa hit "yes" on a pin pad that they can't even refund the postage, and all they can do is offer a discount on the next package he mails- but why would he have any reason to go back? For them to send his package to another incorrect address?? I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes but UPS will not make things right when errors happen so I will never mail anything through them ever again. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and money.
