This store does not adhere to the policies on their website concerning receiving packages, as they stated UPS won't allow them to refuse packages or change their website to remove the statement, "inquire for fee assessment for non-mailbox holding customers". They return all non-mailbox holding customers packages to sender, refusing any form of payment or fee for delivering the package to the recipient. UPS is not allowing the store to update the policy of their specific branch to reflect the services they dont provide.
