  The new manager at the subway on Shiloh cares about what she's doing. She's leading the group from the front and still working to make the best subway in the world. This subway has done a complete 180 and become a good place to get food again.

  All American sub, very just thrown together cheese isn’t melted and the SERVICE SUKS. Old lady was asked to do something with my daughters sandwich on the receipt and NOPE walked out with out hers heated. Lady was rude in all aspects when my daughter asked her something when she walked up to the counter, and she kind of snickered and said yeah! Won’t be back to this Subway Walmart subway anyways

  I went in today and the man working was rude, it made me uncomfortable that he had long loose hair that wasn't pin back, I asked him if I could get extra pickles and add mayo and that I was fine paying the extra cost, but he kept tell me I can't add anything. Last time I was in and got the same thing I did today, they gave me a decent amount of food, but today I barely got anything and had almost standoff conversation when trying to tell him what I wanted on it. Overall, the almost standoff conversation and little food, made my experience not the best. I came in because I was hungry and got hit with disrespect and a very little portion of food.

  There were two women working today when I went in and they were both completely rude. The elderly gentleman in front of me had to repeat everything he said 3 to 4 times even though he was being perfectly clear. My sandwich was pushed over and then folded and smashed because I had asked for the double meat and extra cheese on the cold cut combo which I was paying for. The older lady who was there was constantly complaining about everything that had been “left” for her after being “gone for two days”. I ordered a soup with my sandwich and when I asked for crackers (which are generally just included automatically) they had to search for them and they gave me a single broken pack of crackers. They should consider replacing this place with a McDonald’s or just expanding their deli. By far my worst Subway experience ever.
