  Me and my brother were relaxing waiting for Uber eats for Our food to arrive, but then when it arrived, we got inside and opened the bag up only to realize that we never got our chips and drink, and the driver just drove away disappointed I ate my sandwich, which was pretty good, but overall not The best service

  Team member John has really bad customer service skills and he seems like he’s gotten really comfortable with it as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has happened before. I let him know that my sandwich was poorly made and he responded with “no it wasn’t” when I clearly watched him carelessly throw on the ingredients which’s caused the bread to fold inward. I had to tell the lady next to him to fix it because had I didn’t they probably would have just continued like nothing was wrong with it. I am also disappointed that the lady next to him didn’t speak up. That makes me think no one has ever spoken up about his attitude and that’s why he is so comfortable with it. I believe something needs to be said to the boss and manager asap.

  Conner has excellent customer service feels. He was great in making all 3 sandwiches. He got our order right and complete the first time. We did not have to repeat ourselves It was nice. The sandwiches were great and fulfilling had a lot of stuff put on them
