Team member John has really bad customer service skills and he seems like he’s gotten really comfortable with it as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has happened before. I let him know that my sandwich was poorly made and he responded with “no it wasn’t” when I clearly watched him carelessly throw on the ingredients which’s caused the bread to fold inward. I had to tell the lady next to him to fix it because had I didn’t they probably would have just continued like nothing was wrong with it. I am also disappointed that the lady next to him didn’t speak up. That makes me think no one has ever spoken up about his attitude and that’s why he is so comfortable with it. I believe something needs to be said to the boss and manager asap.

Conner has excellent customer service feels. He was great in making all 3 sandwiches. He got our order right and complete the first time. We did not have to repeat ourselves It was nice.
The sandwiches were great and fulfilling had a lot of stuff put on them

I tried to order from this location. The person at the drive through window refused to open the window and take my order. I waited about 5 minutes while she looked directly at me. I waited patiently for four minutes, and then gestured to her, she kept looking at me and kept refusing to take my order.

They rush and are unable to listen to instructions so my sandwich isn't what I wanted. But still have to pay for trash. Will never eat here again. Wish I could give zore stars
