Ordered online at Subway off of king and shiloh and my footlong was a 6in. I took it back with the receipt to point out the error and the worker, Lexie, gave me the nastiest look and asked if I wanted it remade, I said yes. She gets out a 6 inch and starts cutting it so I said,” oh sorry, it’s supposed to be a footlong.” She very rudely replied, “I gave you a 6 inch the first time so you get another 6 inches unless you want it on a new footlong.” I said that was fine and she snatched the 6 inch from my hand and literally chucked it in the garbage. She slapped together the sandwich and gave me a dirty look. Literally worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I usually love subway… but the past few times we’ve ordered here have been not so great. We even ordered recently and ended up with the wrong sandwich. Plus the customer service is poor

I frequent this location and I have worked at this location previously. I ordered a sandwich and when I asked for the meat to be toasted but not the bread, I was told that wasn’t possible and the girl Lexie, was very rude in how she answered.

It was almost as if the staff went out of their way not to listen, pay any attention, or care at all about their job.
I could have stood in the backroom and thrown ingredients at the bread and built a better sandwich.

Please pick up after yourselves. There are other businesses that use this trash can I’m sick of seeing tomato’s and peppers all over the ground it’s disgusting.
