  This place is always out of something: cookies, one or more breads, one or more meats, one or more vegetables, one or more fountain drinks. It’s never clean. Count on having to wipe down your own table before you sit down, but you be better off taking it to go. If they remember to ask you if you want your sandwich toasted (they don’t always, and they sometimes don’t even when you ask for it) make sure you ask them to do it again, otherwise you’re getting a slightly warm sandwich. If you’re in the mood for some entertainment, the manager frequently talks down to their staff right in front of you, and sometimes you might even get a shouting match! Yay! I’d raise the rating to 2 stars if they weren’t constantly out of so much all the time. It’s close to work, that’s why I keep coming back. They’d get 3 stars if they clean a little (actually, a lot).

  We had the best experience at this subway, and the new manager and her team are exceptional. I took my 4 little kids to get sandwiches the other day. The new manager (sweet woman with brown hair and glasses) was incredibly kind and patient. She has phenomenal customer service. She let each of my kids order their sandwiches. She spoke to each of them and showed them so much respect. She was so kind and genuine to me. She even gave the kids cookies and took the time to check on us later. She showed genuine kindness and it meant the world to me.

  The lady didn’t wear gloves and was refilling all the vegetables and eating them with her hands, completely disregarding the customers. She didn’t even bother washing her hands after the cashier. I’m super grossed out!!! I hope she ain’t manager, because what is she teaching the employees to do without customers.

  I don't recommend anyone to go to this place unless they get other employees. The guy that was making the subs was very rude and yelling at everybody . If I was the manager he would have been fired on the spot
