  Absolutely will not be eating at subway anymore. First they mess up the order, not a big deal, just wheat bread instead of Italian, we'll call and ask to come back and get it remade. Call 3 times before anyone picks up the phone, they say yeah come in. Get there and they refuse to remake the sandwich, manager is unreachable. Super disappointed and would have just stayed home if they had said over the phone there's nothing they will do. No sandwich and no refund so no more subway for our family.

  I love this subway the lady with red hairis the sweetest girl ever even making conversation with us and being a normal human definitely our go to subway

  Won't be going to this store and they can thank the manager. You had a gentleman standing in line waiting for a to go order. He was obviously dashing. Another customer walked in and asked if she (the manager) needed to help with the guy waiting for his online order. The manager says "No! We focus on the humans." Like this dasher was less than human or the person who ordered online was. They couldn't even fill the dashers order on time. So you can tell the manager only has ever been paid by the hour and not the job. Overall... To the manager on tonight around 6pm... You are nothing short of awful and I understand why customers go to other locations. I will most definitely be calling corporate on this experience when I cool off. This manager needs to be replaced so the staff knows how to prep properly for the day so items don't run out and to show the staff that all customers and delivery drivers are human.

  Kid was complaining about coming in on his day off to customers, barely would give sauces and veggies. Bad attitude. Highly recommend just going to jimmy John’s now days.
