Ordered from the subway app. I received an incorrect item so I called the store and apparently they can’t help me and are having me contact door dash — but I didn’t use DoorDash.

The chick was nice, served me up fast and great attitude, the dude requested me not bring my service animal unless shes got a vest, could have asked nicer and not yelled as i was walking out. his attitude twords the chick could have been way nicer too, otherwise store was clean

I placed two online orders for pickup, and both orders were wrong. On top of that, the orders weren’t even ready when I arrived even though the app told us they were ready, so I had to wait another 10 minutes past the pickup time.
I ordered a footlong and was given a 6-inch sub. My friend ordered double meat and toasted, and the sandwich was neither double meat nor toasted. Because both orders were incorrect, I had to drive all the way back to the store to get them fixed.
I asked for a bag of chips for each sandwich because both orders were wrong and because I had to spend extra time and gas coming back due to their mistake. They would not compensate me at all for the inconvenience.
This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. If customers are paying online and trusting the store to make the order correctly, the least they can do is check the order before handing it out — and make it right when they mess up multiple items.

Apparently it’s the norm here to prioritize online orders instead of lobby customers and to tell them they have to wait til you finish those orders before you can help them.
Clean, always quiet when we go, and friendly staff.
