  I’m new in town and have been riding with a very squeaky suspension on my truck. I looked for a highly rated shop to do an alignment and rotation, and landed here. Appointment scheduling online was very easy with lots of availability. I showed up for my scheduled time and was immediately greeted at the door. The service only took an hour and the technician went above and beyond, tightening and replacing all my suspension bolts. My truck drives like new with no squeaks, for a very fair price! Highly efficient, friendly, and skilled team here. Thank you!

  Bought new tires plus brakes over a year ago and was having noise in my brakes. Made an appointment and took it in to see what the noise was in my brakes. Point S took it in right away and fixed the problem...

  I had a slow leak on my drivers side front tire, on a tire we purchased there. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the gentleman at the counter. He recognized me, spoke to me by name and checked me in. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out, it was less than an hour! I had picked up a screw in my tire somewhere. I first came there as they were conveniently located but I continue to choose them because of the consistently amazing and friendly customer service!

  Used them for years with great results. Scheduled an appointment for a simple tire repair and was told it would be several hours as tire repair is first come first serve. What then is the point of an appointment? *Edited review from 3 stars to 4 stars as the Regional Manager contacted me to receive feedback, resolve any issues, and find solutions to prevent the issue from happening again. This is a good indicator that the appointment vs first come first serve issue will solved for future customers.

  Kelly and the other manager (I think his name was Travis) went the extra mile for us today. Our rim had busted 1500 miles from home and they were so caring to make sure we made it safely back on the road home. Truly some of the kindest people I’ve encountered in an auto setting and very knowledgeable on cars/tires of all kind!
