  Had a rattling noise every time I hit a small bump. Sounded like something broke but turned out to be two bolts fell out on my brake caliper. Had me on my way for an extremely reasonable price.

  1st- I asked them to put my new wheels and tires on my truck. I brought after market lug nuts to use for the wheels, they didn’t fit (my fault). They called me and said they were looking into finding me some that fit. They found some which was great! I go in and get my bill. They said the lug nuts are $13.99 a piece (24 total) equaling $335.76!! Then the guy tells me they are taking $165.76 off of the lug nuts for something called a “outside purchase discount”, which is a total joke. I asked the guy where he got the lug nuts and he couldn’t tell me. I looked at the invoice for the part # and it was nonexistent. I doubt they were doing me a favor taking a $165.76 hit on $335.76 worth of lug nuts. 2nd- I asked them to fix my alignment. I told the guy I got a lift on my truck and have to much positive camber and asked if he would be able to fix it, he said yes. The next day I get to work to check out the alignment and it looks and feels worse than it did. I’m not one to write reviews good or bad, but it’s really upsetting when you put a bunch of money into something (my truck) and go to an establishment willing to pay top dollar to finish off the work you can’t handle yourself and they try to stick it to you anyway they can to cheat somebody out of a couple extra bucks. If the technician can’t do the job, not sure, or incompetent in doing so be HONEST and PROFESSIONAL and let somebody know so the person can take the job to somebody else to get it done right.
