  Went in to get a new gasket put on my oil pan, they called and said I didn't need a new gasket, that the quick lube just didn't take my skid plate off so it had oil residue on it. Great shop to work with

  I had my tires delivered right to LP Anderson. They called me right when they arrived, got me in within the hour and I was able to pick my car up the same day.

  gave this shop multiple chances because I figured maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Unfortunately, all three experiences were disappointing. The first time, I came in for a nail in my tire. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, but I ended up waiting in the lobby for over 2½ hours. The second time, I called ahead and was told to come in at 4:00 p.m. and that the work would take about an hour. I specifically asked if that would be a problem since they close at 5:30, and I was told it would be fine. After driving there, they told me they didn’t have time to do it after all, so the trip was completely wasted. The third time, I brought my truck in to have the tires balanced and rotated because it was shaking badly at highway speeds. After their inspection, they told me everything looked good. Since the shaking was still severe, I called to ask about it because if the tires checked out, I was planning to take the truck to a mechanic to look for another issue. The employee told me it was “probably the tires.” I responded, “Yeah, that’s why I brought it in.” He simply repeated that the tires were fine and then ended the phone call. I won’t be returning.

  Was a great experience even with all the unforeseen problems. They did it fast, were very transparent and patient, and more affordable than others were. I’m a mechanic myself and I would recommend L.P to anyone, especially if you’ve been ripped off by other mechanics.

  They were able to get me in immediately for a tire repair. My granddaughter loved the toy corner but didn’t get much time to play as they repaired the tire so speedily. Friendly and welcoming employees.
