  Hours are mis-posted in multiple locations. They close at 5:30, NOT 6:30. I wasn’t the only disappointed customer in the parking lot at 5:45.

  I will never do business with these scam artists ever again. They charged me almost $30 for a small box that had no weight to it. Then I looked at my receipt and they charged me for a package that is 8inx8inx8in and it wasn't even close to that size. It's very unfortunate that I didn't catch it sooner, but definitely don't go to these scam artists like I said.

  I don't use UPS very often but when I do I will definitely be making the small trip to this location from Kalispell from now on. My entire visit was incredibly pleasant and quick. The staff was very friendly and the store looked so organized and clean! The customer service alone is worth the drive. Our Kalispell locations could learn a lot from this store.
