  The staff are great to work with and very friendly, especially charlotte. They were able to take care of everything, my copies, Notary, and then faxing all in a short time. The notary was very well priced for a ups store. Going back.

  Absolutely insane. We’ve used their notary service several times and have never had problems or been charged so much. Charolette the manager was very rude and decided she needed to charge $10 a sheet to be notarized. Total came to $30!! Absolutely insane. Don’t use them for notary if you don’t have too!

  I had a frustrating experience at this UPS location. I was told they could not accept my flower shipment because of “policy,” even though UPS’s own website indicates flowers/perishables can be shipped. The employee was unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t make any effort to explain the rule clearly or offer a solution. If a location has its own restrictions, that should be communicated consistently and professionally. I left feeling brushed off and disappointed. See their response- they clearly don’t know what they are doing or are making up “policies” at will seeing as we were refused service to ship flowers - we were not advised not to but flat out refused. I’d recommend the employees are trained to reflect the actual policies and not personal preferences.

  My co worker and I went in to overnight a package and Clarissa was very helpful as well as exceptionally kind. It felt like a genuine interaction instead of automated customer service. Thanks Clarissa!
