  Couldn’t eat staff was soooo unprofessional when we walked in 2 employees started talking under breath….. I had just caught a flat in the parking lot as I was pulling in…. Pulled off went go it fixed came back to get food and then had to deal with employees that didn’t want to work.

  I arrived at your store at approximately 8:30 PM, even though your posted business hours clearly state that the store is open until 10:00 PM. However, I was refused entry by the staff without any explanation. If the store closes at 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to enter before that time. Refusing entry 1.5 hours before the posted closing time is misleading and very disappointing. I respectfully request that you look into this incident, explain why customers are being turned away before closing time, and ensure that the posted business hours are followed in the future. Thank you for your attention.

  Had three employees working, or attempting to. One was slapping sandwiches together like they insulted her mama, another had her back to the line of customers playing the “if I can’t see you, you can’t see me” game and the third was just taking up space moving a tray of cookies around the counter. The sandwiches were sloppy and gross and a complete waste of $25, and I even tipped y’all $4 🤣, not to mention the cleanliness of the store was severely lacking. Y’all use that bathroom…then go make peoples food? For real? While standing there, the young man working said “I ain’t gonna learn how to do that” and apparently that meant the whole job because your boy got bested by a mayo bottle. Don’t ask him to spread out toppings, that’s confusing. For what it’s worth, we were there today (6/15/2026) between 1 and 2 pm…good luck if you eat here 🤣

  One of the dirtiest Subway’s I’ve ever been too. Toilets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months, no soap in the bathrooms so I know employees haven’t been washing hands. Unprofessional employees, poor manners.
