  Amy went over and above the requirement of trying to help me as the customer. After helping to fix my issue, she then attempted to add on an internet service which unfortunately wasn't available for my location. I would recommend Amy to to anyone.

  We switched from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. Went to the Waveland, MS store at 10am on Monday, August 19, 2024. We were immediately welcomed in, and Tabatha went above and beyond to help us with our phones and service. I'm so happy my daughter and son-in-law recommended Cricket for our phone carrier. The Waveland store is so convenient to our house, and the service we received was A++!!! Thank you Tabatha, and thank you Cricket! Edit: We went back to Cricket on July 3, 2025. We needed to add a line for our grandson and also get a new phone. Perry and Quette went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with all our needs. My husband and I are getting old and technology baffles us. These two associates were so kind and patient. We left with everything we needed and it was such a pleasant visit. Thank you Perry and Quette, and thank you Cricket of Waveland!
