  Very disappointed with my experience. On my first visit, I was charged $1 per sheet for two black-and-white pages, along with a computer-use fee because the self-service printing system wasn’t working. On my second visit, I was again charged the $1 computer fee, plus an additional charge for the sheets themselves. These are small charges, but they add up and make me question the billing practices at this location. If customers are being hit with unexpected extra charges on something as simple as printing two sheets of paper, it makes me wonder what kind of additional charges customers could be receiving on larger transactions. I understand businesses have costs, but the pricing should be clear and consistent. I hope UPS looks into this location’s fees and billing practices.

  My visit was a great one! Very very nice employees at this location as well. I was in and out in great time as too.

  Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague that it is. USPS is just a block away—it’s less expensive and far more pleasant.
