    Always busy with very little hair time. All I would recommend is to move this store to a location with better parking and fix the handicap access...it's terrible and unsafe for anyone with a wheelchair/walker/crutches.

    My friend sent me an extremely important package (official document that I’m not able to get replaced) and it was last scanned from their facility when the driver picked it up. We both opened a claim to try and find it. They opened and closed it within 3 days. Didn’t ever find the package. They are refusing to open another claim to try and locate it again (it closed due to me opening the claim first and apparently you have to be the sender even tho it doesn’t state that on the website). The reason for the close is that the receiver (me) opened the claim. That’s what it shows on our end. Now that it is in claims they won’t do anything else until they can refund the money for shipping and the cost of the new document (which I am unable to get). The thing that gets me is the all they have to do is find out who the driver was that picked the packages up that day and find out which hub they dropped off at so somebody anybody can contact that hub and ask if they will look for it. I talked to the hub near me and they said usually with envelopes sometimes if a box is on it then it will go underneath the conveyor belt and they have to open the cage to see if it’s stuck in it which some hubs don’t open them unless something breaks and they have to open it. Which the guy at the hub near me is going to try and see if the one of the two hubs that could’ve went to will open it to check for anything. I have returned things to this store before and it was great. This whole situation is messed up. I know the manager is tired of dealing with us but the document is extremely important. I’m so fed up at this point.
