  Chaotic which causes errors. I had a good interaction with the person who was initially helping me at the register. She seemed sweet despite what was going on. I understand being overwhelmed at lunch time but the chaos and attitudes because of the chaos would've made me walk out if the order had not already been placed. I also think that if you touch your body with the gloves on (hair, ear) you shouldn’t touch the food with those same gloves. It looked as if no one knew their role or how to flow as a team. It looks like many younger people have been hired which I think is great. Many of the younger people seemed more calm than the ones who looked more experienced. That could have partially been because they were confused but they maintained despite the chaos and the others redirecting them.

  They made me tell them my order 3 times and still somehow got in wrong. I just wanted a Philly Cheese with the condiments and veggies from the menu.

  really sad service here. shift leader Ann an i made sure to get her name. 1st off you made my sandwich like the food was coming out of your check. 2nd off when I came back in an told her she gave us the wrong sandwiches she called me a liar. after checking an seeing i was right still wanted to argue with me. took the sandwich that you gave that was wrong an I touched to the right customer never told them we had took it out to our car an touched all over it. let that sink in
