  older black lady was so rude, she was cross eyed or something (not being rude it just goes with what I’m saying) , I am 9 months pregnant, me and my fiance came to get subs. We walked up to the register because we wanted to see if our coupon would work if we got extras added. The lady then said In the MOST snarky tone “ are you getting a sandwich”, “are you getting food” “are you getting a sandwich” and she genuinely looked like she was talking to the people at the table behind us so both me and my fiance looked behind us and realized she was talking to us and we said yes ma’am, she then said “it says “order here” go over there to order if you want sandwiches not to the register” it wasn’t what she said it was how she said it.. it was a smart attitude and horrible customer service. When she was done talking I went to the “order here” sign and when my fiance came over there I suggested that we leave. Went 3 minutes down the road to the other subway to get our food, where we were treated with respect. Me and my fiance have worked in customer service and know that is no way to treat a customer at any work place.
