  I ordered in app, went to store to pick up. Come to find out, this store is inside the hospital on another floor. So I finally get to the store and say I have a mobile order. “We don’t take mobile orders, it should’ve cancelled and refunded you.” So then I had to stand there, confirm my refund on my bank account, then place my order of four subs. Then they were out of the cookies we had ordered on the app… and couldn’t make more because lunch rush was over. So then I had to wait and had to inhale my sub while driving because I was over time of my lunch break. The only thing that salvaged this visit for me was the team lead. My biggest issue: if you don’t take mobile orders, please note that on the app…just take that location option away and problem solved!!

  The team leader was amazing! She was very helpful and efficient. The other staff was extremely rude. This location DOES NOT accept mobile orders, which is fine! But, they are incredibly rude when this happens!
