  Is this what you call a delivery? Your driver couldn't even walk to my porch (just behind the van) to at least put my package out of the rain! The service from your company is getting pretty sorry lately, especially on the delivery side!

  Consistently receiving substandard service from FedEx. Multiple packages have been left on the ground underneath my mailbox, inches from the road. Today an overnight package containing medication that was required to remain refrigerated arrived 3 days late, with the ice packs completely melted and measuring near 95°F. I retrieved the package as soon as it was delivered and opened it to find my costly medication ruined after being assured FedEx would keep it refrigerated in their facility until it could be delivered. Multiple complaints have been filed, but it seems like they mean nothing.
