  I have been a customer with Cricket for years and when we walked into the store today, the people working there were especially unhelpful. The man didn't speak to us when we walked in at all. I went up to the counter and asked for a specific phone. He barely looked at it and said they didn't have them. He didn't elaborate or anything. I asked if he could order one. He acted like he wasn't sure if he was gonna be able to do that. Another guy walks in and we ask him about the phone and he went to the back and said there were at least 6 back there. He gets the phone and doesn't say anything else to us. He just hands them to me without explaining anything ... I've never had such unhelpful service there. When someone is spending hundreds of dollars at a store, I would expect minimal effort at the least.
