  Very friendly and professional staff. Looking to help in every way they are able to do so. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice bathroom and closet set up. Clean and very comfortable bed. Room was already cold when I entered.

  The staff are wonderful and so friendly. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The only 2 downsides are the wifi isnt the best and we are having to leave, ending the vacation.

  Avoid this place at all costs. We rented three rooms for a week, we are on day 3 and the rooms still haven’t been made up or touched. Pretty crappy service for what it is. Bath tubs done drain while you are showering either. You get 1 bar of soap. So if you are traveling with kids or other people the shower bar is also the hand washing bar. Have a long job here in Tupelo and can guarantee we won’t be using this place for the remainder of our time here.

  Housekeeping lady was unprofessional and on the rude side. Not all of them were rude. Upon arrival, no pillowcases were on the pillow and it was blamed on the "new girl" but didnt burn me. What got me was around nine a.m. a Housekeeping lady knocked, screamed 'Housekeeping' and immediately after knocking just walked in our room. We were there for two night and she knew that according to the General Manager. We spoke to the GM she apologized but that was it. That's all. Okay okay...Breakfast was outstanding! Huge shout out to the cook, Mad Love! Location was on point. Tupelo has grown tremendously from when I was a child. Everything is on Gloster St. or easily accessible from Gloster Street.
