- SGSusan M GlissonApr 8, 20261.0The staff person was nice. I appreciate that. But I paid $122 bucks for something to be delivered overnight to my mother, by noon her time today. It's not even showing as UPS having the package, much less being delivered. I called UPS. They have no evidence of it based on the tracking number and told me to call the Starkville store directly, which I just did and get nothing but a busy signal that cuts off. I had to drive 30 miles to get to this store. Niceness is great but competency is so much better and what I paid for and haven't gotten. And my mother needs what I'm trying to send her. This is unacceptable. (EDIT, to respond to the note below. I received communication from someone at the store last week about a possible solution and responded immediately and am awaiting a reply. This app doesn't enable me to comment in the reply below.)

Every customer is always treated with the same amount of courtesy and politeness. I do not ever feel rushed. Sara Beth is very thorough in doing her job. She is always in a good mood. Even if a customer is in a bad mood - Sara Beth stays calm and does her job. Sara Beth remembers her customers and we carry on the conversation like there was no time spent apart. That to me is professionalism and proves that she cares about her customers !!!

The line was long, but the employees was kind, fast and kept everyone updated and apologized for the wait. Both employees were extremely professional, courteous and went out of their way to help every customer with their unique needs. Hands down great service today - even with a wait!
