  O'Brandon in the Starkville location has AMAZING customer service!!! I have been with Verizon for 8 years. He is the reason why I decided to go ahead and switch to Cricket. He assisted me with my port so I got to keep my same number. Helped me pick out a cool new phone AND helped me set up my HBO Max account. O' Brandon is the best 👌

  O'Brian was exceptionally helpful and thorough with conveying what was needed to accomplishing the task of setting up new service and obtaining a new phone, etc.....i can't recommend nor thank him more!
