  I complained about on the Southaven site and I’m complaining here too because this is where it started and I hate I didn’t capture a picture. As I was about to give the cashier my debit card to pay for my wings, I cancelled my order because one of the cooks had his pants down under his buttocks which looked totally gross especially preparing food. I drove to the Southaven Location and it was worse there. Walked in and most of the employees were either sitting on the counters on their phones where food is served. GROSS!!! I got a response from that complaint providing me with the link to do a complaint. Why do I need a link to do another complaint? I’m going to upload this picture to social media and let other Wingstop customers decide if it’s worth them going to either location!

  First time ever going here. Employees are rude and unpleasant to converse with. Tho my wings were cooked well done as asked, they had no sauce when I ordered mild. When going back in to address it, they threw something on them that taste and looked like a thick oil. There was no flavor or color what so ever. So if that is their mild sauce, they definitely need to invest in a different recipe. At this point I have no clue why they EVER get a 5 star review unless it’s their staff doing it

  Came into the restaurant and placed a to go order. Specifically ordered boneless wings, woman at the front read the order back correct and still gave us classic bone in wings. After calling to see how this could be fixed the woman at the front, went to grab the manager, clearly the woman doesn’t know how to put the phone on hold as we could hear her grab the manager who then proceeded to say “just hang up”. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

  This place does not accept Cash. I understand the owners may not be trusting of its employees, however businesses refusing cash is just plain wrong. I will not be supportive of this type of commerce. I choose to go elsewhere. Wouldn’t be surprised to here “no cash plus 3% on your card purchase “ as well

  Watched everyone be attentive. Clean and not playing but actually giving customer service. This wingstop rocks
