  Brandy was super helpful and got the ID badges printed off quickly for my business associates and me! I would highly recommend getting things printed off here for any reason.

  Awful service. They were absolutely no help, at all. The service used to be so much better when it was just kinko’s and even FedEx kinko’s. Now, it’s all automated, and they were genuinely unwilling to help. One woman was just standing up against a wall and couldn’t even tell me how to adjust the photo. They just said it just has to be the way it’s emailed. There’s absolutely no editing option, and it was just flimsy crap paper. I could have done this much at the library. I hope they shut down. A place with this type of service shouldn’t even be open.

  Many people to wait on people but I had to wait 30 minutes. Parking is horrible.

  Either the lady didn't want to be bothered with me or she was so inept, regardless though she was so dismissive. She was the only person they're not wearing the same uniform so I'm guessing she was a manager. Absolutely no help I went to UPS and got what I needed. Next time I'll give them my business again.
