  I was told by the manager at this location, the process to upgrade and add a line. The cricket app only processed one line of the two, for the upgrade. Then after paying an additional fee to have the upgrade take place immediately, the upgrade was not effective. I have yet to be refunded, my bill is incorrect, and my other line has yet to be upgraded. I have spoken with customer service 3 times and been told a manager would call me back. They never have. This company is not what they claim. Everything was great until you have a problem. I cannot get any help, refunded, or the initial upgrade that I was trying to do. Leaving cricket today.

  The best service at the best price. Amazing friendly, knowledgeable staff. They now offer loans that allow you to get the phone you want and pay over time! I paid less than $30 and got a new 17 pro max. Also, they have great home internet for $42 per month! Love me some Cricket!!
