TRASH EMPLOYEES AND TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ORDERED A FOOTLONG ONLINE, AND THEY WOULD NOT MAKE MY MEAL EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY RECEIPTS TO PROVE I ORDERED! THEIR EXCUSE WAS THEY DONT HAVE INTERNET AT THE MOMENT AND CANT SEE THE ORDER. SO THEY DID NOT OFFER TO REFUND ME OR GIVE ME THE MEAL I PAID FOR!!!!! ALL I HAD WAS THE MONEY SPENT TO FEED MYSELF AND THE BABY IN MY TUMMY!!!! I WALKED OFF IN COMPLETE TEARS AND FRUSTRATION!!!!!!

SAID SHE IS IN LUNCH RUSH AND SHE SURE THEY MADE IT CORRECTLY NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR CARE IN THE WORLD OF SOMEONE SPENDING THEIR MONEY AND IT BEING WASTED POOR LEADERSHIP TO TEACH YOUR STAFF THIS IS OK FOOD QUALITY OR BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS DO BETTER OR WORK SOMEWHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T NEEDED .

I've only been in this particular store twice but both times the service, the associates and atmosphere were extraordinary the food was made just the way I asked for it the associates were super polite but straight on business ill return and make sure all my people eat there
