  I love the environment, very clean. I love the staff, they are so friendly and filled with humor. You can tell they know what they’re doing, never fail to impress with making my subs, etc.😊

  Upon entry we were cheerfully greeted by two smiling ladies.............that was the end of our wonderful experience. Service was then absolutely deplorable! Two ladies behind the counter were either new with absolutely no training or absolutely did not care about the customers. We waited for almost 10 minutes before taking our orders. Out of 3 sandwiches ordered 3 were wrong and nothing but attitude when we tried to get it corrected. I ordered the foot long 5 meat Italian on cheddar herb bread with pepper jack cheese, without asking it was immediately put in the oven, this was the first of MANY MANY COMPLAINTS!!!! My sandwich ended up with ONLY beef and pepperoni and a blend of American and provolone cheese..............nowhere near 5 meat Italian. The price of our orders was almost double the posted price and when we tried to dispute it they were absolutely dumbfounded that we were upset and then suddenly couldn't figure out how the register worked.
