  The wings are always good. The service is horrendous and no one at Wingstop cares at all. I ordered at 11am for a 5:15pm same day pickup. When I got there at 5:15, the order had not even been started. We waited about 10 min and left, returning 40 min later. It was just coming out. Many other customers were really upset as well. You guys need better employees, scheduling and capacity. The issues with wait time do not occur at Canes or Chick Fila or other call ahead chicken businesses. Absolutely appalling service.

  Not the first, not the second and not the third time but this time... dumb me i still go back......I am really disgusted, ordering my food here and Receiving my food with chicken feathers still on the legs an wings that is so disgusting an unprofessional if the team doesn't even bother to go through each piece might as well Not even open..... it's disgusting and ridiculous eating my food and realizing it has chicken feathers still on them ...... ‼️‼️ an its not just those two pieces that I found, it's the whole meal that has chicken feathers of some type still on them....

  This by far has to be the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. The staff always seem to have a frown as if they don't want to be bothered. Waited over an hour for my meal when I placed it 2 hrs ahead of time. Visiting from out of state and this will be my last visit, no welcome when you come through the door

  Shawty with the lowcut need a raise. She spoke to everyone that walked in and her hospitality was on point ! She made sure everybody was good that stepped in the building. That’s rare nowadays . Keep going queen!! I salute you !!& my food was bussin
