I visited this store on Sunday and the guy with the nail polish and doo rag on his head with the pink jacket was nasty and rude . He clearly was having a bad day that had nothing to do with the customers. Him not being in uniform looking unprofessional was awful and then having a bad attitude. Wow is all I can say!!!

The male associate who assisted me was rude and dismissive. He scanned my code before I could properly show it, took my box without explanation, and turned his back when I mentioned needing to tape it. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way, and this experience did not reflect good customer service.
