  Over the years I've always noticed that this part store prices are much higher than its competitors for the same or similar products.

  Went in to purchase an oil filter for a 7.3 ford motor. The filter I picked out was $41 and some change. Billy checked me out and told me Advance Auto Parts was discontinuing Fram filters and they had some goods deals. I bought one filter for $3.25 and a second Fram (different type of Fram) for $3.50. I appreciate Billy letting me know about the discounted items. Warren

  Charles Hill is the most magnanimous, magnetic, magenta colored dude I know, and I love him. His knowledge of auto parts is encyclopedic, his love for helping his fellow man is inspiring , and if I could, I’d nominate Charles for at least Lt.Gov of Mississippi.

  Bought a Sylvania D1S bulb for my car. Tried to return the bulb after I found it was damaged. They wouldn’t accept the bulb, told me I should have looked at the package before leaving the store and the general manager called me a liar implying that I was trying to return a previously used bulb in the new bulb’s box so I could get a refund and a new bulb out of the transaction. I’ve got enough money to buy all their bulbs. I don’t need their store or their disrespect. Auto zone is right down the street. I’ll take my business there where I’m a valued customer.

  My order was ready to pickup on time and it was correct. When I arrived at the store wasn't no one around it was a short wait for a sales person to appear
