  I place my order online so that when I go to pick up my food at break time, it is ready. However, the sandwich is hardly ever ready even though the status of line says that it is. This place opens up at 8 am. Why is the food just coming out at 9:30. This is not just today, it's consistently. The lady spends more time on the phone than she does doing g her job. Pisses me off!

  The vegetables/toppings look terrible. Noting looks even remotely fresh. I got a sub and am scared to even take a bite. I should have told her nevermind when she was making it. I guarantee they use old and expired toppings. The black olives were just one big container of light brown MUSH. The tomatoes were translucent along with the lettuce, so you know that stuff is expired. I should have just made the drive to Pearl!!!! The subways in Pearl are great, so make the drive to Pearl!!! It’s worth it!
