  I used the Subway app to order 7 subs from this Subway, 10 min before I got there, shortly after 10am, on the morning of the Pass Parade. I was amazed & impressed! I walked in to the store, with a line (of at least 15 people) extending out the door, & my app submitted order was ready. I don't know the procedure for when they start your order (or if it varies by location), but for them to be that busy & still have my order ready, it seems like they began my order as soon as it was submitted (regardless of how many people were in line). The workers provided customers with fast & friendly service, handled the large crowd well, worked together efficiently, & my entire order was exactly the way I ordered it.
