  a kitchen employee was extremely rude to me and yelled at me that has pink and black braids when I politely asked about a certain product. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and unprofessional!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop. Q has repeatedly made picking up orders unnecessarily difficult. When he is working, my orders are often left waiting while other customers’ orders are handled before mine. I have addressed this issue before and even told him that if it continued, I would report it. What’s funny now? At this point, whenever I see that Q is working, I feel like I might as well cancel the order because I already know I’m going to have an issue getting it handled. This has happened too many times to feel like a coincidence. I’m simply asking to be treated fairly and have orders handled in a professional and timely manner.

  Went in a few days ago and it was clean and the gentleman up front was extremely helpful and professional. I've been before and it was not like this. He said, "its a new day here at this wing stop," and I felt that. Seems like new management. Anyone who gave this a low rating before should go back and give this newly upgraded one a second chance.

  First off we walk in and get roasted by the dudes working there. Second off takes 30 minutes just for some wings. Third off the wings meat is crunchy, why is it crunchy. Fourth off the people not working there just say what ever they want to you apparently. So yeah would recommend again
