  I ordered online arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time and the app said it was ready and when I arrived they were standings there talking not doing any ither orders and they hadn't even started my order

  Watch the card machine! The lady tried to add tip without me knowing. She said the price, and I just put my card on the machine and noticed she added tip and tried to process the card really quick. I hit the cancel and when I was trying to read she tried to reach over and touch a tip again. I immediately hit 0. Tip for a cookie is crazy especially since she never even said hello at any time during the transaction. She just said “$2.50”.

  They are supposed to close at 9pm but I went in tonight at 8:45pm and they were already closed. Unacceptable!
